Andrea Willcut
Andrea Willcut, FOH Operations Director for Klavon's Pizza, began working in hospitality 19 years ago as a young high school student. Little did she know, it was the start of her lifelong passion and career path. When starting in her position at a small pizza shop then named Justin Tyme Pizza, she quickly noticed that Justin Klavon was a one-of-a-kind entrepreneur that she wanted to continue following. She developed an appreciation for his attention to detail and level of expectation. Nearly 20 years in, growth and opportunity with the company has had no ceiling.
Her love for the Front of House began to bloom in 2007 when Justin Tyme Pizza was sold and the full-service restaurant called Klavon's opened its doors. Serving and bartending for the next decade, Andrea thrived in the fast-paced environment and it seemed that her nurturing qualities made her a natural with guests and creating an inviting atmosphere. Her strong leadership skills landed her a position as the General Manager of one location before being promoted to the companies' Operations Director several years later.
As Klavon's gained positive reviews and higher volume, it was clear that expansion was needed. In 2014, Andrea opened their second location in Jackson and five years later, a third location in Mason in 2019. Today, she oversees 200 front of house team members company-wide. She believes that a positive mindset will get you very far in the workplace and life in general. She takes pride in being viewed as someone who is uplifting and supportive of those around her.
Outside of the restaurant Andrea enjoys traveling, checking out other restaurants, running or participating in fitness classes, and finding any reason to get outside with her husband, their two young daughters and goldendoodle.
