Stefanie Congdon - The Landmark Inn
Stefanie Congdon has been working in hotels since 2003 and has been a General Manager since 2005. In the course of her career, she has opened 3 new build Marriott branded properties, the most recent having opened 3300% over projected revenues. In 2010, she was recognized as a Diamond GM, and soon became an Operations Training Manager for Marriott International where she traveled around the country to open new hotels and work on conversations. Stefanie then landed on magical Mackinac Island, where she spent eight years as the GM at The Inn at Stonecliffe.
Now, Stefanie lives in Marquette, Michigan, where she acts as the General Manager at the historic Landmark Inn. When she isn’t brainstorming innovative ideas or cultivating the strengths of her leadership team, Stefanie can probably be found volunteering around the community, hanging out with her daughter and pup, or obsessing over English history.
