Mollee Pifer
Mollee started in the hospitality industry in 2022 when she undertook the role of the Spa Manager of the NEW Seraphina Spa at the JW Marriott. In this capacity, Mollee played a key role in formulating and refining spa policies for the newly established Spa, making significant contributions to the JW Marriott Management team.
Fast forward to August of 2024 she is now the Assistant Director of Wellness for AHC overseeing all spas, fitness centers, and wellness areas. Her passion for wellness physically and mentally is at the front of her role as she strives to run properties to be the relaxation destination for West MI and the transient guest. Currently, she is furthering her professional development in the Leadership Academy, Theta Class this year and on the board of the KCHA and the Tip Jar Foundation- focusing on the planning of the 2025 West MI FAB awards.
Originally from Holland, Mollee holds a profound affection for the beach, time spent with her six siblings and nieces and nephews, her 2 cats Sol and Luna, and advocating for foster children to receive the care they deserve to feel confident physically and mentally.
