As a Certified Destination Management Executive (CDME), she brings strategic insight and deep industry expertise to her role leading the marketing team at Experience Grand Rapids. Kate sets vision, strategy, and budgets while mentoring a growing team of talented professionals.

​Her journey began as an intern, and her rise through the ranks reflects her passion for the destination and commitment to its success. Kate holds a BBA from Grand Valley State University and an MBA from Western Michigan University.
