Brittney Primeau

Brittney Primeau is the Director of Communications at Crystal Mountain in Thompsonville. As the resort’s primary spokesperson, she leads all media relations and communications efforts and maintains strategic partnerships to generate earned media coverage on the local, regional, and national levels. Her expertise also extends to grant writing, award submissions, and securing sponsorships for major resort events like the Michigan PGA Women’s Open.
 
A former producer, reporter, and anchor at 7&4 News, Brittney brings more than a decade of experience in journalism, storytelling, and public relations. She serves on multiple industry committees and cohorts, is a member of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), and recently earned her Crisis Communication Certification. This past fall, she was named to the Traverse City Business News “40 Under 40” list.
 
Brittney believes authentic storytelling is at the heart of every strong brand and the future of communication lies in connecting people through shared experiences. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Television and Digital Media Production with a minor in Communications from Ferris State University.
