AG Collaborative

AG Collaborative is a leadership development company with the intention of fostering better humans for a better world. We believe if we can spur transformation in the leaders of organizations, we can make workplaces better and, perhaps, the world better. But it all starts with an individual, making a choice to show up with authenticity and courage.
We offer customized leadership development experiences rooted in the principles of Identity Based Leadership Development with influences from the work of Brené Brown, CliftonStrengths and the Conscious Leadership Group. We work directly with organizations of all sizes and also offer open programs for individuals or small teams to experience our work. Learn more at agcollaborative.com
Abbey Johnston

Abbey Johnston is the A of AG Collaborative - a leadership and people development company she co-founded in 2018. AG Collaborative believes that every organization’s greatest strength and competitive edge lies within its people. Abbey is a believer that leadership is not about position, it is about posture - a choiceful way of being in the world.
She works in the leadership space to empower people and is adamant that humility and confidence are inextricably linked and both are necessary for effective influence.
Abbey is a Gallup-Certified Coach with her undergrad in Communications and Psychology from Hope College and her masters in Leadership and Communications from Gonzaga University. In 2019, Abbey completed an Executive Coaching Certification through the ECI Institute at UC Berkeley.
Her sweet spot is leading groups through a dynamic process that is raw, vulnerable and results in profound change at both the individual and organizational level. Not satisfied with surface level progress, Abbey helps teams dive deep, address underlying issues and creates deep levels of collaboration, communication and trust.
In her off time, Abbey, her husband John and their 5 year old Eddie Jo spend a lot of time hiking the majestic land of West Michigan, sharing good food with friends, traveling and eating peanut butter…lots of peanut butter.

Greg Mutch

Greg loves pickleball, laughing, and being surrounded by powerful women. On a typical Saturday you will find him on the sidelines at his son’s soccer game or stage left during his daughter’s play rehearsal, crushing a yoga class (namaste), porch sitting with his amazing wife or in a sensory deprivation chamber. Sometimes all of the above, although not all at once.
Greg is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and leadership guru. In 2019, he got to slap hands with Brené Brown while becoming a Certified Dare To Lead™ Facilitator and since has co-led over 250 brave + courageous leaders through the course.
Our world needs more humans like G Mutch. A white male willing to wrestle with his own privilege and fragility for the sake of collective justice. A former pastor and hospice chaplain who stands with a glass of whiskey in one hand while the other is held open, an invitation for any and all to join the circle of belonging in this wild world. A dude rooted in two core values of authenticity and aliveness that seeks both what is real (no bullshit) and shakes us awake to the wonder of ourselves and the world we inhabit.
Greg is a Longhorn, Founders mug clubber, Enneagram NINE, and 1-time triathlete that maintains a struggling mindfulness practice. If you ask him for a book recommendation, he has a personal library locked and loaded. What genre?
